Monica has a broad range of experience in multiple industries including construction, financial services, and retail.
Monica manages all aspects of human resources for McFarland including talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, training, performance management, employee development, and engagement. Monica is dedicated to recruiting and retaining the best talent for McFarland Construction. She is passionate about creating an engaging and collaborative work environment staying true to McFarland’s core values – Community, Commitment, and Collaboration.
Monica earned her MBA in Human Resources from Strayer University and her B.S. in Business Management from Fayetteville State University.
