Michelle has over ten years of marketing and sales experience with expertise in direct and digital marketing, content development, graphic design, public relations, and communications. Her experience includes professional services marketing in the AEC industry along with the insurance and hospitality industries. Michelle develops and executes marketing initiatives for McFarland with a focus on brand integrity and our core values, Commitment – Collaboration – Community.
Michelle supports business development and plays a key role in the proposal process. With a strong background in proposal development, she utilizes project management skills to develop comprehensive and timely proposals with keen attention to detail and focus on understanding and achieving our client’s objectives.
Michelle earned her M.S. in Marketing from the University of South Florida and her B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida. She is actively engaged in professional and community associations. She supports many non-profit organizations and oversees McFarland’s community engagement initiatives. Michelle is also a member of the Society for Marketing Professionals and Crew Charlotte and serves on the communications committee for both organizations.
