DUKE ENERGY | Mt. Holly Control Room

Build out of simulation smart house and observation room to test, model and monitor the use of renewable energy and smart appliances. Further, we designed and constructed a 100kw micro grid isolated photo voltaic solar system with battery storage capability and a two-stall solar car charging canopy. Interior up fit, installation of carport with solar panels, ground mount solar panel system and other supporting electrical gear.

DUKE ENERGY | Florence Transmission Consolidation

Disturbed 7.89 acres of wooded area and performed extensive site work
including clearing, subgrade stabilization, excavation, and drainage and
detention ponds. Construction of 49,000 sf pre-engineered metal building and interior buildout on the current Duke Transmission site in Florence, SC. Project consolidated
the construction, maintenance and relay crews, and support functions into
one facility. New laydown and storage yard was created on existing plot with
multiple pre-engineered metal buildings.

DUKE ENERGY | Fairfax Ops Warehouse Renovation

Update warehouse office space to meet current DEWS Dynamic Workplace standards. Work included updating aging windows for energy efficiency, enlarging door frames to meet ADA requirements, and updating restrooms. The project scope also includes conference space and break room updates, as well as full Interior refresh.

DUKE ENERGY | Mount Holly Classroom Renovation

The project entailed the renovation of an existing classroom building including addition of training and classroom space – new ceiling, lighting, flooring, walls, restroom and furniture in the entire building.

Project also included complete demolition of Admin Building and site work/hardscapes work & landscaping.
