An 88,000 sf floor renovation including demolition and new construction plans promoting workplace strategy and concepts by creating collaboration amongst associates. The goal of this project was to create a more efficient and open space, while enhancing the natural light and acoustics of the floor. A café was constructed in addition to all new interior floors, walls, ceilings, millwork, work stations and furniture upgrades.
CORPORATE CENTER | CC 27 Space Modernization
Interior renovation of a 5,250 office space. The scope of work included select interior demolition, new millwork, new walls systems, new interior finishes to include painting, new resilient floor tile, new appliances, and modifications to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems including fire alarm.
WELLS FARGO | 25th Floor
McFarland provided GC services on this 22,000 SF renovation project which entailed a demolition of existing offices, to create an open floor plate for the installation of multiple work stations. Further, we renovated and upgraded the restrooms to meet ADA requirements.
DUKE ENERGY | Cyber Security
Comprehensive demolition, renovation and refresh of Duke’s Cyber Security Operations Center, along with relocation of IT/DATA storage space/systems used to support the operations center. The scope of work included installation of new MEP systems, finishes, millwork, appliances, AV and security systems.
CORPORATE BANKING CENTER | Private 3rd Floor Suite Expansion
Full renovation of an existing, occupied, 15,000 sf private bank suite. The scope of work consisted of demolition, new and/or modified walls, ceilings, flooring, paint finishes, signage and new/modified MEP systems.
