McFarland Construction, in association with Vannoy Construction, is completing the demolition of the existing Femoyer Hall and construction of a new, 56,650 sf, five-story Upper Quad North Residence Hall. This building will include 301 student beds for the Corps of Cadets, faculty/staff living spaces, company meeting rooms, floor lounges, a group kitchen, regimental offices, storage spaces to accommodate uniforms/training equipment, and a mudroom.
