The project includes the demolition of the existing Art Design Learning Center and new construction of a three-story Corps Leadership & Military Science Building to house the Corps of Cadets administrative staff, Rice Center for Leadership Development, Military Science staff, a museum, classrooms, ISERC cyber security, and a three-story atrium. 

The exterior features will include the classic Hokie Stone that is iconic to the Collegiate Gothic style found throughout the campus, ensuring consistency in campus design.
