The project included the construction of a 7-story Marriott hotel with 226 guest rooms on a 5-acre site. The hotel’s amenities include meeting spaces, a restaurant, bar, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool. The exterior features include a custom curtainwall glass system with “49er brick” veneer to tie in with the existing campus. 

The project also included the construction of an adjoining two-story conference center with similar exterior features, multiple indoor meeting spaces, and outdoor space with campus views.
