New construction of a 92-unit, 63,000 sf apartment building for low-income senior citizens. This project included all aspects involved with new construction – clearing, grading, underground utilities, storm drainage, curb and gutter, sub-grade prep for parking and drives, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural concrete, interior framing, drywall, painting, doors/frames, and exterior landscaping. This project earned 20% MWBE and 14% HUD Section 3 participation.
